Gymnastic rings with adjustable straps are a very flexible way to train exercises like pull ups if you don´t have any infrastructure like outdoor fitness parks. The straps can be mounted at every high point for example trees and can be use for a big variation of exercices.
Resistance bands relieve your body dependent on their strength from parts of your bodyweight. This will help you to train hard moves with a lower amount of weight than your bodyweight. The bands can be used to do deadhang chin ups with full range of motion with less strength for example.
